WHO YOU ARE BUYING FROM

Powerforms is operated by Wind & Water, Inc. These terms apply to every purchase made through powerformshealing.com and through our Stripe checkout pages.

By completing a purchase you agree to these terms.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices are in US dollars. Payment is taken at the time of order through Stripe. We do not store your card details.

Prices shown at checkout are the prices you pay. Where an order includes shipping, that is stated on the product.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

Powerforms discs, plates, cards and bundles are shipped directly from us within the United States.

We aim to dispatch within five business days of your order. Delivery times after dispatch are outside our control.

All sales of physical products are final. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be returned or refunded.

If your order arrives damaged, email powerformshealing@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with a photograph and your order number and we will replace it at no cost to you. If your order does not arrive, contact us and we will trace it or replace it.

MEMBERSHIPS AND MONTHLY TRAINING

E3 membership is billed monthly in advance and continues until you cancel.

You may cancel at any time. Your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for and you are not billed again. We do not refund part-months.

Session dates, topics and format may change. Where a live session cannot go ahead, a recording is made available instead.

DIGITAL CONTENT

Recorded sessions, transcripts, the members-only area and the Consciousness TRAC app are made available immediately and are not refundable.

Access to members-only content is for your personal use. Please do not share passwords, recordings or downloads.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Powerforms designs, names, written material, recordings and site content are the property of Wind & Water, Inc. and may not be copied, resold or reproduced without written permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
