Powerforms Return Policy

Product/Order Returns: Once an order has been placed, there are no cancellations. Authorization is required for any return. Call 928-288-2061. Credits or refunds will not be extended without prior authorization. If the product you have ordered does not meet with your satisfaction, you may call for a return authorization. When the customer returns the product, a restocking fee of 15% of the price of the item returned will be charged. This charge will be subtracted from the amount credited to the customer’s credit card. A product returned to Wind & Water, Inc. unopened and in salable condition within 14 days of receipt and with pre-authorization will be credited for the price of the product only, minus a restocking fee of 15%.  A 15% restocking fee and all shipping charges will be applied to orders not accepted on arrival unless you have notified us before shipment. Any charge-back fees incurred due to customer disputes of payment will be billed to the customer’s credit card.

Return Policy for Free Shipping: Items that were purchased with free shipping and returned will have the cost of the free shipping deducted from return total.

Damaged Merchandise:  All product is shipped insured. All merchandise is inspected prior to shipping. Any damage claim must be reported to Wind & Water within 5 days of receipt of package. Call 928-288-2061.
