PrairieParticipantFebruary 3, 2021 at 6:51 pmPost count: 7Maybe by sitting on the disc when you are doing the tapping exercise or having it under one of your feet? Left for Yang and right for Yin?

If you want to balance your whole meridian system from the feet, use the larger oval Powerforms so both feet will fit: SuperCell, Neutral Space, or Portal Plate.
An alternative multi-dimensional EFT tapping technique:
Instead of literally tapping on the body with the fingertips, tap in this new way:
Hold the Activator in one hand, & gently “tap” over the EFT points of the body. Note that the disk is Not actually touching the body. Instead, your disk tapping motion is activating the EFT points of the etheric, emotional, mental, & soul bodies.
As you practice this, notice the subtle shifts.

Alternate one-hand tapping method: You can hold the Activator disk against your palm with your 4th & 5th fingers, and tap the body with your 2nd & 3rd fingers.
