So amazing and I noticed in the booklet that it’s possible to put, you know, I keep both feet on the one plate that I noticed that it’s possible to have that one plate for each foot, and I just wondered if you recommended having the same plate or if there’s a plate that you feel works well with neutral space plate off. Um, so that if I get a second one, I just wondered what your recommendations were for that and then I also just had a quick question. I noticed that you have a water birth space plate that’s available on Amazon that also looks really cool.

Also, wear socks, not shoes, so you protect the plate’s surface. When I tune in to what disk combination would work for under the feet, the red Earth Element disk has a good combination vibe. It provides a special kind of grounding that unites well with the Neutral Space plate. You can experiment with how it feels when you place the Earth Element under the left foot and the Neutral Space under the right foot. Then reverse, and discover which arrangement you like.About the blue Water Element disk: I sense that it wouldn’t be as useful under the feet, but if you had your feet on the Neutral Space, and you held the Water Element disk in your hands or placed the Water Element on your navel or your heart, this would be a good combination.

I neutralized my connection/reaction and then visualized the event in a timeline gently dissolving the issue with the space plate. To my astonishment, the client texted me to say that the damaged painting involved was no longer damaged. ✨✨ Pure magic. Thank you!! I used the plate today to align and get clear on an online art class I’ll be teaching and it really unified my focus. 🙏.
I feel that the second combo is the one I’m needing. I’ll order the water element disk.
Sincerest and deepest thanks! 🙏🙏
All my bestInventor

Use it for softening, exploring, relaxing into the flow, and other subtle discoveries. Please report about your experiences and methods on this site, so that others can explore their inner worlds as well.

I also tried the same switching to the Yin side of both plates – it’s noticeably calmer. I will try using these techniques as a day/night ritual for welcoming and releasing the activities of the day. It seems like it would be very balancing.

Night time suggestions:
Before bed, use Powerforms to sweep excess energy out:
1. Start at the shoulders, sweep down the arms, & out the hands. Repeat several times & sense the chaos energy flowing out. Note: Before bed, do Not sweep up into the body, as that could give too much energy.
2. Start at the hips, sweep down the legs & out the feet. Repeat several times & sense the chaos energy flowing out. Note: Before bed, do not sweep up the feet towards the body.
3. Before bed, use a Neutral Space under your feet to drain chaotic energy out. Protect the disk’s surface: have a carpet under the plate, & don’t wear hard shoes that may scratch the plate’s surface.
