I love my neutral space plate. I have use it in many different modalities but, I am not sure what is the best way to use it for timeline healing? or should I use a different power form?

You can use the Neutral Space Plate as a healing tool in timeline therapy. Just hold it in your hand and use it as you would use a healing crystal.

When you find any issue in the timeline, be it stuck energy, a negative situation, stagnant energies in a situation, energy blocks, etc, just sweep through those blocks to disperse the stuck energy.

Use your intention, as always.

You can sweep through the stagnant space to disperse it. You can place the Powerform in the middle of the energy block and then sweep outwards.

As always, work bit by bit, layer by layer. You’ll discover how easy it is to make the shifts if you work gradually.

Then when the situation feels lighter you can sweep through the timeline itself. That smooths everything so that the original problem is no longer affecting the timeline. Sweep directly through that point in time where the problem was. It creates smooth continuity from past to present to future.
