Do these balance the energies altogether or is it just for what you’re missing? example, i have little earth but a lot of fire…do i only use earth?

The Element disks are for balancing and for providing “energy nutrients.” If you have too little earth element, the Earth disk will help you experience more earth energy in your body and soul.

And if you do have enough earth element, but you want to help it balance, there are several ways to do this:

1. The Earth disk will give you a positive example of earth energy.

2. And the other element disks – air, water, and fire – will help you experience a positive elemental blend that will help your earth element discover its harmony with the other elements.

3. If you have a lot of fire, you could explore softening that element with the Water disk.
