Keep getting stuff in my aura

I do energy work and keep getting stuff in my aura and blend too much. This looks ideal. 
Does this pendant also connect with source energy as I have trouble stabilising this ascension 
too... or is it more shielding. 
Also will it stimulate chi flow too? Im just wondering if it will do all this and not just 
some parts of it... ??

Yes i do understand just been struggling to stay clear energetically in my aura… i do understand i have to do this thankyou. Can you tell me how the pendant and source plate work? Is it the medium eg copper or something, the symbol etc… i will understand the answer… i realise you cant make claims… but to give me an indication? Thankyou so much. I use crystals a lot as well as antahkarana but keep blending with neg entities as my flow needs to get going first i think. Also i struggle to stay open at source. Could you just explain the mechanism of the plates and i will see which one to get. Thankyou!
