Hello Joel!

Thank you for the amazing powerforms. I am currently study for exams and interviews to be accepted into grad school.
I have three disks:

1) soul activator disk 2) divine essence fire 3)neutral space

Could you give me some tips on using them in the most effective ways? (During studying, during exams, and during interviews?)

Here are ways that you can stay centered and focused when studying, taking exams and participating in interviews:

Study brings a lot of energy into the head. However, you want to have balanced energy between your head and your body for best results.

Before a study session, use the Neutral Space to sweep stale energy out of your arms and out your hands. Also sweep down the legs and out your feet. This cleanses stagnant energy out of your body. Sweep from the shoulders, down the arms, and out the hands. Sweep from the hips down the legs and out the feet. This lets you be present in your body, which helps your head function more efficiently.

During study, you can sit on one of the disks. The Activator will help you to maintain alert energy in your body. The Neutral Space will help you remain centered if you’re overloaded. The Fire disk will help you maintain interest. However, if, at any time, you mis-read what you need, experiment with the other disks. Sometimes you don’t realize what your state actually is.

Periodically sweep the tension associated with studying out of your head. And as needed sweep the tension out of your arms and hands, and your legs and feet.

After you’ve read a section, place any of the disks between your palms, and affirm: “I retain this information in my body, mind, and soul”

For exams, have one of the disks in your pocket. Depending on the situation, you may need alertness or calmness. You’ll have to experiment to find out which disk serves your needs. Some people need to clear up their distracted mind, which would suggest the Fire disk or Activator disk. Some people are so stressed that the Neutral Space is best for an exam. Experiment to find out what your tendencies are. Have the other disks available in a purse or briefcase, so that if you guessed incorrectly, you can switch to the other disk.

For interviews, the Neutral Space in a pocket can help you maintain your center when you’re the focus of attention. Some people have used hospital tape to tape the Neutral Space on their solar plexus. As with all usage suggestions, test this. Maybe your personality will require, at times, the Activator or Fire disk for interviews.

The main rule for Powerforms usage is that rules are only true when they’re true, and you need to explore your body and mind so that you can make changes when the rules don’t apply. In other worlds, these suggestions are true, except when they aren’t.
