    Both sides of the Neutral Space are generally “neutralizing.”

    However, you may notice a subtle difference between the two sides, which you can learn how to discern:

    Place the disk on a table, and gradually move your palm near the surface. If your palm seems subtly drawn towards the disk, that is the yin side, because the yin side has a receiving quality.

    If your palm seems to be “pushed” gently away, that is the yang side, which transmits energy.

    Note that at first these “drawing towards & pushing away” sensations will be very subtle, & it may take some practice to discover these sensations.
