    Prairie, the left hand is generally the ‘receiving’ hand.

    When the Yin (green) side of the Activator is facing the left hand, you’re sending yin vibrations throughout the body.

    When the Yang (red) side is facing the left hand, you’re sending yang vibrations throughout the body.

    When a Powerform is held between the palms, the energy deeper in your core (central channel) is activated & balanced.
