Your dog has good taste!
I’ve experimented with putting Powerforms in plastic bags, and they work fine. The neoprene sleeve shouldn’t be a problem.
You don’t have to position the star directly on your dog’s fur, because it’s close enough to the body, and it’s balancing your dog’s energy field.
