The Star pendant will help you maintain your identity and your boundary. Of course, you have to do the inner work, as always, for this to be most effective. Make certain you’re focused in your physical body in Present Time. Don’t space out and don’t let your identity become leaky or unsure. It’s ultimately up to you that you stay centered in your core at all times.
